Refund Policy

Ultimately, we want you to feel that you have been treated well by our team, which exists to make sure your vacation to Hawaii is the most unforgettable experience of your life.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, and you want to return it or get a refund, we want to make that easy for you. With that in mind, here are the simple rules:

Tangible Products

Tangible products must be returned in their original condition, unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them. If these requirements are met, and no more than 90 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by credit card will result in a refund by credit card). Shipping costs are never refunded. We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived to the R2H team.

Downloads

Downloads cannot be returned unless they are deemed inherently defective and unusable. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items. Incompatibility with your system is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
